I was a little skeptical

I was a little skeptical of what to expect after ordering and not knowing much about the company. I called customer service for a question and there was no answer or any type automated recording..
I received exactly what I ordered and I received it exactly when they said I would. After about 24hrs I received a link to track my order and it was always accurate. Overall, pretty good experience outside of the customer service.
