Bates Tactical Sport 2 - Better than expected

While the Bates Tactical Sport 2 Mid fit slightly different than the original Sport Mid, the quality is equal or better. I have had at least a dozen pair of various Bates boots over the years and always in size 12M, but due to this model’s safety toe as well as some online reviews, I ordered 12W and they fit perfectly. The ankle collar was a little stiff initially but softened up and broke in within a few days. All in all, they’re better than expected and Ruze had the best price by far!
