Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Were you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Not to worry!  We want to make sure you are happy so we offer a simple return policy. All you need to know is:
  • You have 30 days after receiving your shoes to ship them back to us.
  • You may return your shoes for a full refund provided the shoes are unworn and still contain all of the original packaging.
  • Fill out the Exchange/Return form and include it in your return carton.  
  • Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable (Ex: 1 Day, 2 Day Shipping).
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. However, your credit card company may take up  to 10 business days to post a credit to your account.  

  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    We do accept exchanges at Ruze Shoes. However, due to the inventory changing every day we cannot guarantee that your same shoe will be available in a different size. We do suggest filling out 2 other models on the Exchange/Return Form that you wish to exchange for in case your first choice is not available. In the situation where we do not have your choice of shoes to exchange, we will offer you a full refund. 

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    Print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form:

    Include the Return/Exchange Form and the shoes in their original manufacturer shoe box in a shipping carton; you can use the one we sent you. Address your package to:
