Are your products authentic?

Where do you get your merchandise?

Ruze Shoes buyers work very hard in finding popular and unique merchandise. We work directly with the manufacturers.

What are your shipping rates and do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, here are our Shipping Rates.

Is shipping to a PO Box free?

No. There is a charge for shipping to PO boxes. Please see our Shipping Rates. Only shipping to a physical address in the US is free. 

How can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you offer local pick up?

No, we do not offer local pick up.  

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, Ruze does ship Internationally. Here are our Shipping Rates.

PAYMENT FAQ'S

What form of payments do you take?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal. Payments are done through our secure checkout process. We do not accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, company checks, or International credit cards. 

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by state law to charge a sales tax in the state that we are located. Therefore, we charge a 8.25% sales tax to California residents only. 

How do I know when my payment is received?

You will receive a confirmation email stating that the payment is complete and your checkout is done. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FAQ'S

What is your U.S. return policy?

Ruze Shoes prides itself in providing great service and excellent products. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be in the same condition, unworn, with all of the original packaging. What is your international return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges from international customers. All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale. 

Is there a restocking fee?

There is no restocking fees.  

What do I have to include in my package when I send my shoes back for a refund?

Please include the unworn shoes in its original manufacture shoebox, and Exchange/Return form (found on the Return Policy Page), in a proper shipping box. When returning your shoes do not write or add tape on the original manufacture box. 

How long does it take for your to process my refund?

Once the shoes are received, we process all returns within 48 hours.

How do I exchange my item?

Download the Exchange/Return form from here and fill out the form. Include the form and your shoes when you send back your order for an exchange.
